Good product, ordered from them 20 times over the years, everytime they ship, it goes to the wrong address, Even tho I give them the right one.

Horrible customer service when trying to order a heater. Just get forwarded to a voicemail with no return call.

I have a less than 1 yr old modular plenum heater. I the homeowner had multiple problems with the contractor who installed the unit and prefer not to go back to them. I troubleshot the heater myself and determine the DS-600 Duct Temp Sensor had failed. Called tech support and attempted to get a warranty replacement temp sensor. Was essentially told that even though I troubleshot the system myself that they do not “deal with homeowners or contractors” on warranty replacements. They only deal with suppliers. Was told that I’d have to buy the sensor from some Blue Ridge company myself. Asked to speak to the manager and was told I was speaking to the manager and that the next step up was the owners and that “they don’t talk to customers”. Buyer beware that if you have a problem with a Thermolec Plenum heater you may not be able to get them to honor the warranty, especially if you can’t go through the contractor who installed it.

High quality products with sound, useful technology built in and helpful customer support. The Mini Makeup Air device I purchased and installed works very well. It’s loud and powerful but that is what I expected from a fan powered device. I will update this review after a year or two of use.

Terrible customer service. Have an issu with an electric boiler under warranty. Called tech support to report technical problem. Left 4 messages over 3 weeks to the tech guy, Dino. They never call back.
