Not sure how I would have gotten through the summer without this system. This system has worked amazing for 6 years now. Their support team is really great because they can help you with issues over the phone without coming to your house. The interior system is gorgeous and quiet. The prices are very affordable compared to the rest of the market and their estimates are honest. Huge thank you to the customer service team and the spare part department for their help. Great team, great product, no complaints! Take care of your systems and it will be worth it!

Just got their system installed. Looks so modern in my home and it is cooling perfectly. My old system was always making noise but the North Cool one is very quiet and cools well. The secretary is very nice and always makes sure everything works well. Great service 100%.

Incredible experience with North Cool. The staff is extremely helpful and professional. I'm really satisfied with the way my system works all year round. They also offer lifetime warranty!! If you're searching for an air conditioning company that offers the best systems and great after-sale services, I recommend them :)

Completely unethical company. The unit itself is “sub par” however, their incompetence and lack of customer service is really why we would advise to stay away at all costs. We’ve been forced to work with them as we inherited a 3 year old unit when moving into our new house last year. We’ve already spent over $2000 due to a faulty installation. The latest is them not honouring the warranty and making false claims that the unit has been manipulated which is what’s causing the issues. They seem corrupt and we have no other option but to take legal action. This company has been nothing but unethical and a fortune to work with. We highly recommend keeping your distance and looking into other options when shopping for systems

My family has been using North Cool’s air conditioners for very long and their service has only been great. Their staff is polite when they repair/set up our ACs. Would give 6 stars if I could.

Wow I just got a North Cool AC installed yesterday and it works so quietly! Not comparable at all to my old noisy system. I recommend this to anyone who enjoys quiet and wants to save money on electricity bills for heating during the winter.

Scammers, avoid them at all cost. They are selling and installing subpar equipment's which will break, and they never actually fix it, however they will never forget to charge you way above market price. I have been there, regret it soo much. There is so much competition on the market these days. Anybody else, except Costco guys, will be more reasonable for a price, service and quality of equipment. By the way, do you know that their ACs/TP are not certified for rebate and not actually performant - sure they will lie to you and tell you that their TP are good to -20-30 - not true.

Both of our Montréal facilities carry North Cool systems and they are fantastic and long lasting. The service is quick, the communication with the staff is great and they always make sure everything is functioning properly. If you have a commercial building, I highly recommend this company. Very professional and caring about their clients needs. All our clients are satisfied with the way our air conditioning works, especially during the insanely hot summer days. Also, the heating works great in winter. Big thank you to Roxanne and Alex for their hard work.

I called them to get the original spare parts to repair my customer's AC. I was told that they would deliver a retrofit non-original and that it would take 24 hours to confirm if they had the needed parts in stock. It's over 48 hours and I'm still waiting for a call from them just to confirm stock, even knowing that my customer's AC was repaired 41 hour ago. I give three stars and not one because the install was good and the machine is there for more then 10 years but with parts unavailable it would sit broken for God knows how long.

I’ve had this system since 2007 and it has been working great for 11 years, which is AMAZING!! Before that, I had an LG that could not even last 3 years.Even when I had a minor problem in 2018, North Cool had all the spare parts needed and fixed everything in a matter of minutes. Really great service and everything was done super quick. Huge thank you to Andrei and his team.I’ve recommended this system to everyone in my family and friends. Everyone is happy with the service and product.
